General

The house is almost complete but there is still work to do, the garage has to be built and the driveway paving and cobbles to be laid. The house needs to be painted on the outside in the colour of choice and bits and pieces of carpentry need to be finished. All the main woodwork in the house is handcrafted African mahogany, i.e. doors, window frames and kitchen units and there is adequate timber on site to complete any work the new owner feels necessary.
